1221 Van is proud to offer floor plans with layouts ranging from 409 – 1,638 square feet, and in floor plans ranging from Efficiency to 3-bedroom apartments. Our floor plans are designed to maximize natural light and provide a refined, comfortable living space.

Yes. Applications are evaluated systematically and may include verification of income as well as screening for credit and rental history, including civil court records for monetary and possession judgments. Credit scores are not factored into our credit screening process. Housing voucher applicants are only screened for rental history.

Our security deposit ranges from $250 to one month's rent, depending on your credit screening. For specific questions, please contact a team member directly.
